Dealer Line --> Dismiss!!!
It is so indecisive to say that dealer line will dismiss soon. Call center will no longer have dealer line. Every call center agents will take all the call. We will have 4 technical support engineers to stand by for customer technical issues (they need to run on shift). We will have another 3 agents to stand by for the status checking and dealer email reply. Of course, 1 MOE support.
We will have 2 admin to route all the calls to the agents, as it could be moe, end user or dealer (better take notes on this, if you play play with them, you will get the rewards by having all the calls route to you … ha ha ha)
The good news is 2 out of 4 engineers will be promoted to L2.

No, the shift hour will be like 8.30am - 5.30pm. The others group will come at 11.30am - 8.30pm. However, the schedule are not really set yet (In progress).
Too bad, the engineer who are going to be promoted are Sam, Tsiong, Amir and CK. Out of the 4 engineer, two of them will be promoted to L2.
Heard people said our place taking in more people for ANZ. An chuar? I did not see the resume in my mailbox eh"? Still wanna work for TPOD meh? Better run and get better offer laaa....
And I wan SHOCKED! ah wellsim not L2. I am thinking of Wellsim and Syah both to be promoted. Sigh...
you will get promoted if :
you are a man then have to be like a dog listen to everything, do everything, eat everything that gave without complaining, good in "Por" the boss, if you are a lady, must have good Kung Fu skill (Sucking). Or perhaps show your pant to the VP / HR then "maybe" can get something.
