When you heard all of the new colleagues who just came in is having better pay then you, what will you react?
If you heard all your colleagues is leaving for the new future prospect? What will you feel?
Oh well, may be i am just jealous, which i shouldn't be.

Why? Why should we? Everyone have the same equal opportunity to grow as an employee in any company. I think we all should take our chances that's comes by us. Do not lose faith.
If they have the chances then so are we! Keep holding on to your dreams whether it is to work well or anything and do not lose faith. Time will come when it is our turn to throw in the resignation letter!
