The diversity of Culture – Yam Seng
I was just only back from Johor, as I just went for my friend wedding. In fact, I learn some new culture, new way of blessing the new couple.
As usual, we’ll need to shout “Yam Seng” as laugh as possible during the wedding dinner. It’s means “to the marries couple and cheers”.
However, for this time we do not shout “Yam Seng” but “祝你 … X 3
祝你白头谐老 - Love Forever
祝你成功 - To give birth
祝你快乐 - Happy Forever
What a terrific “祝你” !!! Anyway, Wishing you all "祝你 好运" !!!

Ai meh.. But to most wedding dinner we dun shout 'Yam Seng' also already. We look at people's hobby (i.e. the groom and bridegroom's hobby, depending who u know) and shout the word.
For example a friend of mine love football so much that we shout 'YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM........... GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL~~!!'.
So if your friend like s*x so mush you might as well shout 'F*CK YOUUUUUUU'.
There, isn't that a better word than the plain, ol' YAM SENG.
